Exchange

1. The Buyer has the right, within the period established by the current legislation of Ukraine, to exchange the Goods of proper quality for similar ones from the Seller if the Goods do not satisfy him in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose.

2. Exchange of a product of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals and labels, as well as the payment document issued to the consumer along with the sold product, are preserved.

3. The exchange of Goods of proper quality, as well as the exchange (replacement) of Goods with significant defects, is carried out by the Seller on the basis of a written statement from the Buyer in the return/exchange form provided along with the Goods.

4. The Buyer's demands for the exchange of Goods of proper quality, as well as the Buyer's demands for the exchange (replacement) of Goods with significant defects, if the Seller has the Goods necessary for the exchange or replacement, are subject to immediate satisfaction by the Seller, but in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt from the Buyer.

5. The exchange of Goods of proper quality, as well as the exchange (replacement) of Goods with significant defects, is carried out by the Seller if the Buyer has the appropriate payment document of the established form (receipt, sales receipt or cash register receipt), confirming the sale of the Goods to the Buyer, with a note on the date of sale (date of transfer) of the Goods.

Return

1. The Buyer has the right to return non-food products of proper quality to the Seller if the product does not satisfy the Buyer due to its shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or if it cannot be used for its intended purpose for other reasons. The Buyer has the right to return products of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of purchase. Products of proper quality may be returned if they have not been used and if their presentation, consumer properties, packaging, seals, labels, and the payment document issued to the Buyer for payment are intact.

2. The list of goods that cannot be returned is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/172-94-п).

3. The Buyer shall be refunded the cost of goods of proper quality within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of such Goods by the Seller, subject to compliance with the requirements (if the goods have not been used and if their presentation, consumer properties, seals and labels have been preserved, and the payment document issued to the consumer along with the sold Goods has been added).

4. The cost of the goods is subject to refund by bank transfer to the Buyer's account, provided that the Buyer complies with clause 5.3.2. of the Public Agreement.

4. Return of Goods of proper quality to the Seller is carried out at the expense of the Buyer and the Seller will not reimburse the Buyer.

5. If defects in the Product are discovered during the established warranty period, the Buyer has the right to personally, in the manner and within the timeframes established by Ukrainian legislation, submit claims to the Seller as provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights." When submitting claims for free elimination of defects, the period for their elimination begins on the date the Seller receives possession of and access to the Product.

6. The Seller will consider claims stipulated by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" upon the Buyer's provision of documents stipulated by current Ukrainian legislation. The Seller is not responsible for any defects in the Product that arise after its delivery to the Buyer due to the Buyer's violation of the rules for use or storage of the Product, actions of third parties, or force majeure.

7. The Buyer has no right to refuse a product of proper quality with uniquely defined properties if said product can only be used by the Buyer (including, at the Buyer's request, non-standard sizes, characteristics, appearance, packaging, etc.). Confirmation that the product has uniquely defined properties is the difference in the product's dimensions and other characteristics specified in the online store.

8. Returns of goods, in cases stipulated by law and the Public Agreement, are made to the address specified on the return form provided with the goods, or to the address specified in the "Contacts" section. If the goods were delivered to the Buyer by Nova Poshta LLC, the Buyer returns the goods to the Seller in the same manner.

9. The returned Product must meet the following requirements: it has not been used, its marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals and labels are preserved, as well as the payment document issued to the consumer along with the sold Product.
